    Can I take samples home?

Yes you can take samples home for a limited period. We always recommend the you do so you can see the colour of the carpet under the lighting conditions you have at home rather than the shop floors fluorescent lighting.

  • Are the online samples a close match to actual samples?

Yes. We have tried our best to match the samples to the online images of them. They're matched using natural window light, the same lighting conditions as in most homes. We have compared the online samples to other companies sites and found ours are a great deal better!

  • Why can't I order flooring online?

To ensure you have selected the correct flooring to suit your needs, that the flooring is in stock, and ensure there is the least amount of waste (which is more cost effective) we prefer to be more 'hands-on' with flooring orders.
Some areas such as Halls, Stairs and Landings can be wasteful if the material isn't used to its full potential, so we calculate how to cut or use it to strecth as far as possible. This also applies when doing full houses in single colours or designs, as multiple pieces can come from one cut.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cheque, and bank/debit cards as shown below. We also can accept Paypal, especially for online/eBay orders.
